• Made-to-Order Jewellery 

• Custom Jewellery

3. Eligibility 

Users must: 

• Be at least 18 years of age 

• Have legal authority to enter contracts 

• Provide accurate information 

• Not use false identities 

Businesses using B2B services must possess all necessary registrations including GST registration where applicable. 

 

4. User Accounts 

Users may create: 

• Buyer Accounts 

• Seller Accounts 

• B2B Accounts 

• Supplier Accounts 

Users are responsible for: 

• Maintaining password confidentiality 

• Preventing unauthorized account access 

• Accuracy of information provided 

• Activities undertaken through their account

Actual products may vary due to: 

• Monitor settings

• Diamond characteristics 

• Manufacturing tolerances 

Weight variations may occur within industry accepted tolerances. 

 

6. Orders 

Karigar reserves the right to: 

• Accept or reject orders 

• Request additional KYC 

• Verify payment methods 

• Cancel suspicious transactions 

• Restrict purchases 

An order shall not be deemed accepted until payment is verified and dispatch confirmation is issued.

International customers are responsible for:

• Software

10. Prohibited Activities 

Users shall not:

• Manipulate product listings 

• Violate laws 

• Interfere with platform security 

• Use automated scraping tools 

• Misrepresent products 

 

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVYKarigar shall not be liable for: 

• Indirect losses 

• Consequential damages 

• Loss of profits 

• Loss of data 

• Currency fluctuations 

• Market fluctuations 

• Third-party seller misconduct 

except where specifically required under applicable law. 

 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws. 

Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
