Loose Diamonds (Natural & Lab-Grown)

Due to certification-based valuation and market volatility:

All sales of loose diamonds shall be final.

Refunds shall not be available unless:

Wrong product shipped

Material certification discrepancy

Transit damage verified upon delivery

Solitaire Diamonds

Refunds generally not available after successful delivery and certification verification.

Custom-Made Jewellery

Non-refundable.

Non-returnable.

Non-cancellable once production has commenced.

Made-to-Order Products

Non-refundable.

Non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must:

Notify within 48 hours

Provide photographs

Retain original packaging

Karigar may provide:

Replacement

Repair

Store credit

Refund

at its sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy & Refund

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing or shipping begins.

Payment of gateway fees and banking charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–15 business days.

Original banking channels shall be used wherever possible.
